Double Duty Post
I've had some requests for pictures of me and my belly. I haven't put any up because I kept hoping to get a shot of me doing something cool and my belly just happened to be in the picture. Well, every time the camera came out I "conveniently" became the camera girl (hehe) so there are very few pictures of me (except on the next post and they are HARDLY flattering). Today I am 36 weeks and 1 day. But today is different (the other reason for the post, hence, the "double duty" title) This morning I had a dream come true. This morning a someone (meaning Mary Kay consultant Tammy Brown, who is awesome) sat down with me and taught me how to put make up on MY face. It was practically one-on-one so it wasn't just general tips that leave you wondering "what shape ARE my eyes" and "what color IS the inside of my lip?" But no, for me personally! She showed me what colors of eyeshadow look good with blue eyes (besides brown, I already knew that ) and how to put it on for a new more dramatic look. She showed me what color of blush and where to put it on my own face shape. Then she showed me some fun concealer and eye-liner tricks I hope to remember for a long time. In short, the real reason for this post is.... I feel beautiful today-for the first time in a long time.
Body Cast
Troy shaved his whole body, put on a speedo, covered himself in vaseline, then we started with plaster strips like from the doctor and covered that with regular plaster.
The finished product! Wierd, eh?
Now, I know you all are thinking what an amazing wife Troy has at this point, but I'm certainly not done yet. You see, It didn't dry right and didn't fit together when all was said and done, so a week later, we STARTED OVER! Yep, I got to do it all again. (this time Jordan helped, which was nice and went a little faster, but still). It must be true love

Update
I'm really only posting for the sake of posting, I'm afraid. I'm tired of looking at those other pictures when I sign in. I do have some things to write about: like the symphony concert, Troy's latest artistic venture, and the preparations for our baby. But all the pictures are on Troy's camera and his camera is on his person right now, and his person is not with me, so it will have to wait. In the meantime, here's a new picture.
