Mr. Otto, the Mafias' Muscle.

For my Toy Design class, our first project was to
design a character in a three point view and
then sculpt it in supersculpy.
my initial drawing of the otter looks nothing like the one you see
below. He was a lot friendlier and less muscular.
The reason is due to sculpting him in my dads
office, which opened me up to hard critiques.
However, I love the way he turned out.
And this one has been through the fire, adding to his
seasoned character.

Polar Reboot.

There are those who say, "That's incredibly stupid jumping into ice water just for fun." And, according to an arbitrary point of view...maybe so. But, are you really sure you want to parade around the house, screaming to others, that you are one of those people who criticize EVERYTHING, and especially the things you have no experience with? Well, only if you want to. However, I'm not gonna "dis it, until I try it." I myself, am going to acquire experience and stories to tell from life, instead of wishing I had been a little more exciting in life when the only thing I have left are my books filled with the experiences of others. Or going through this entire existence with a false sense of higher importance than others, when in tragic comical truth, I'm a Prude. If you agree, sweet, good job, have fun and grow. Or disagree, then by all means hurry up stick your head in a bucket of cold water, and clear up your head before you grow up to be a Prude.

The Swiss claim the health benefits behind Polar Diving, that not only is it good for sore muscles (which most professional gyms have a cold pool due to its advantages ) but it also acts as a hard reset on the body's systems. Thus rejuvenating the body. And if anyone understands their english, Juvenility means "The freshness and Vitality characteristic of a young person." This right here is the Fountain of Youth folks.

Toys...Toys = Nostalgia.

At a few very, brief moments in my life, I tried to move on from the whole action figure thing. but man, toys are COOL! I mean, if you think about it, grown men and women design and make these things! so who is to truly say, "toys are just for kids." And if so, well then, I guess I never have to grow up like the stale old toots who say that, while they keep an ipod touch in their pocket loaded with all kinds of silly games. Toys are at times either the simplest form of art in the illustration/sculptural aspect, and the most complex when dealing with transforming forms, concepts, and math. So, not only are toys very nostalgic, but an incredible art.

These by the way, are proof that my wife loves me. she got most of these for Christmas, and the New Classic He-Man for my birthday. the Transformers and Tron figure I found at Heebeejeebees in Ogdon.
