Yay! We have a real post now! On Wednesday Troy and I were in the annual recital for Ballet Arts. Troy and I did a duet and he did really well for his first ballet performance ever! I love these recitals. My sweet ballet teacher has a way of making every girl feel like she's the star of the show.

One of my favorite parts of these things is being behind the stage where everything is chaos while the audience only gets to see the dancing.

Troy, meanwhile, fell asleep backstage. I passed these girls on the way to the dressing room. I thought it was so cute, they were playing "Simon Says" and they were saying things like: "Simon says say Chelsea's beautiful" and "simon says turn to your neighbor and tell her she's beautiful". My poor ugly feet after the performance. Toe shoes are mostly pretty on the outside. No pain no gain, though.
After the recital we went over to Amanda Grimmer's for ice cream. We took a picture because Haley and Matt are moving to Texas, and Amanda will have her baby any day now. We've been putting off growing up for so long I guess it's finally time.
I don't know if you can see it, but here's a picture of Jelly's joey lump. It's not a very good picture, it's on the bottom side of her belly. It should come out of the pouch in about a month.

News in Brief

I always feel like only major events deserve to make it onto the blog, so it hasn't been changed in a while, but I'm tired of the same pictures every time I log in, hoping Troy has updated it. Now I finally have a quiet minute to update this thing. School and work keep both of us pretty busy. Troy likes most of his classes (even math isn't too bad) and I'm surviving mine. We love our new trailer although we aren't quite 100% moved in (hopefully we'll post pictures later). Our sugar gliders are going to have a joey in about a month and we're really excited. I successfully made french bread for the first time in my life today. We're still happily married after a whole 9 months (I told Troy today that we've already made it longer than most movie stars) and we're loving our life together. Well, I don't even have any new exciting photos, but at least I (and you) won't have to look at the old man every time I open the blog, old though this new picture may be.
